  7. This is one of my plugins for ArtEffect2/3+.

  9. Neon is a fun-filter. It has a nice effect.
  10. Strongly depending on the picture (best on real photos with strong edges,
  11. e.g. buildings). Edges are becoming a shiny, transparent look and a 
  12. colored hem.
